At You First Physio we use Human Trak – a state of the art video analysis system along with physical tests to truly personalise your rehabilitation or performance programmes.
Once your pain has reduced, we will perform a thorough biomechanical analysis to help us define the causes and contributing factors that may have led to your pain or injury. With this information we can tailor your rehabilitation and exercise programme to restore your optimal posture and movement and make you more resilient to injury than ever before.
The technology we use has previously only been available in elite, professional sporting facilities (Currently used by the All Blacks). Human Trak can accurately test your balance, movement, control and performance.
