Simple stretches for lower limb

Yes everyone is out walking biking or jogging during this lockdown period. That is just awesome but we must also remember to stretch those leg muscles – especially if you are doing more than you would normally do.

I have shot a few simple stretches for you to do. Try each stretch at least 20 seconds and stretch to the point you feel mild discomfort but NOT into PAIN.
