Rock Climbers exercises – Videos attached
Tanja is our resident climber and has undergone post-graduate study to look at ways to use climbing therapeutically. Should you need any assistance with any aspect of your climbing then Tanja is a wealth of knowledge from climbing technique to injury rehab and prevention.
Today Tanja will take you through some exercises to help with muscle balance. Climbers use a lot of the same muscle groups so there needs to be work done on the opposite muscle groups.
Start with 3 sets of 10-12 reps with each exercise.
