Classes

You First Physio believe in taking your performance to the next level and utilise small group classes to assist with this. Our group exercise classes will have no more than 6 participants per class/Physio. Whether you are looking for a safe environment to begin your exercise journey or you are an athlete wanting to get to the next level we can tailor a program to your needs.

Exercising with a Physio is a safe and effective form of exercise that:

  • increases core strength and stability
  • increases general strength, tones and elongates the body
  • improves posture and alignment
  • improves flexibility
  • improves endurance
  • increases body awareness
  • improves balance and co-ordination and
  • reduces risk of injury
